Clear, medium intensity garnet. Clean, pronounced, Candied cherry, hint of menthol, and some earthier tones. medium tannin and medium/high acidity, medium length, plum, candied cherry, black pepper on the mid palate, ending in (peppermint?). A good wine. Match with roast pork.
